Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026. Official terms governing VicanTool, a SaaS product owned by Vican Code Pvt. Ltd.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Vican Code Pvt. Ltd. regarding your access to and use of VicanTool and associated services.
1. Scope of Service & Client Processing
VicanTool offers browser-native utility applications (PDF processing, image converters, developer utilities, formatters). All tool operations execute inside the user's browser client. You maintain full ownership, copyright, and confidentiality over all files processed on VicanTool.
2. Subscription Plans & $5 Pricing Terms
VicanTool offers both Free access tier (select starter tools + sample files) and Pro tier subscriptions:
- Monthly Pro Plan: Billed at $5.00 USD / month until cancelled.
- Annual Pro Plan: Billed at $50.00 USD / year ($4.16/mo equivalent).
- Cancellation & Refund: You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Full details in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, UI designs, brand marks, WebAssembly engines, and source code of VicanTool are protected intellectual property of Vican Code Pvt. Ltd. Reverse engineering, unauthorized mirroring, or malicious misuse of platform APIs is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vican Code Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tool usage, browser interruptions, or lost local browser data.
